The Institute for Training and Scientific Research organized a continuing education course for public sector employees, entitled “Effective Teaching Practices,” as part of its efforts to develop institutional and human capacities in Mauritania. This training took place from May 12 to 14, 2026, at the Institute’s premises. It allowed participants to deepen their understanding of the fundamental pillars of effective teaching practices and to familiarize themselves with the basics of associated teaching methods, drawing on modern approaches. The training also fostered the exchange of experiences and strengthened administrative cooperation between the public and private sectors, particularly in the areas of professional training and development.
The training concluded with the presentation of certificates to the participants by the head of administration.
