As part of its efforts to develop institutional and human capacities in Mauritania, the Institute of Education for Training and Scientific Research organized a professional development course for public sector employees entitled:
“Modernizing Public Administration: Financial and Administrative Management and Public Procurement.” The course took place from April 6 to 8, 2026, at the Institute’s premises.
This course provided an important opportunity to enhance participants’ knowledge of the key pillars of modernizing administration, as well as equipping them with the fundamentals of administrative and financial management related to public procurement using modern approaches.
